Raising Minor & Major Quotes for Repairs from Service Visits / Callouts / Insurance Reports.
· Maximise and generate client quotations from service visits / callouts / insurance reports.
· Generate minor repair quotes as well as major repair quotes including modernisations.
· Follow up on client quotes
· Liaise with customers to ensure client satisfaction and manage customer expectations as part of the quotation process.
· Placing insurance items onto service calls.
· Process orders on the in house maintenance system including control of stage payments.
· Order parts to budget and ensure delivery to timescale.
· Liaise with Engineers to ensure quotations are as accurate as possible.
· Monitor workload ensuring that monthly quote targets are met.
· Process timesheets in the absence of the Regional Manager.
· Previous experience of successfully handling high volumes of external & internal communication.
· Confident and professional communication style demonstrating proficiency of Outlook.
· A professional & confident telephone manner.
· Confident using Microsoft word.
· Experience with quoting on insurance reports.
· Understanding of the lift industry and equipment preferred.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan your own work, using initiative to meet deadlines.
· Team working ability together with the ability to accept and follow instructions.
· The ability to manage a varied and high volume workload in a fast paced environment.
In addition to the above, the post-holder will also be required to undertake additional duties as appropriate to the nature and level of the role.
