Atex rated roll-up doors for Atex zones 1/21 and 2/22

Wherever flammable gases, vapours or combustible dusts are used or stored, there is always a danger that the slightest spark could cause an explosion. 

Atex rated high speed doors are specifically manufactured to eradicate sparks, flames, increased temperatures and static energy.

We supply, fully install and maintain Atex High Speed Doors that reduce energy, improve working conditions, reduce cross contamination, operate smoothly and are suitable for explosive sensitive environments.  They allow for easy partitioning of different zones, have a reduced footprint and come with an official certificate, ensuring your administrative records are complete.

The stainless-steel structure has been thoroughly reviewed and validated, all metal parts are stainless-steel, including the drums, covers, bearings and gearwheels and come with a standard earthing kit.

All non-metallic parts with a surface larger than 20cm² are replaced with antistatic and conductive materials.  The bottom edge detector and photocells are protected via an intrinsically safe barrier.

Each door is fully tested before delivery and installation and comes with full European accreditation II 2/3 GD IIC T4 IIIB 135°C Conform Directive 2014/34/EU
