A Thorough Service

We offer a wide range of maintenance contracts to suit your needs, whether you have one piece of mobility equipment or one hundred. From installation, load/safety tests, six-monthly LOLER inspections, fault-finding and servicing, we work alongside care homes, councils, the NHS and businesses to service over 3,000 mobility units.

We understand that if a piece of mobility equipment breaks down suddenly, it can be traumatic. Our engineers are available twenty-four hours a day, 365 days a year to provide repair services to ensure that independence and freedom is maintained.

In a call-out situation, our staff will provide an estimated time of arrival and can stay on the line to calm and reassure the resident if required.

During each service we will check all safety features, remove any debris, check that all functions work as they should and check the condition of all parts.

Peace of Mind

Each of our mobility engineers are trained to at least NVQ Level 2 and are able to maintain and repair any type of mobility equipment.

Our engineers and management staff are all subject to safeguarding training, and if required, we will ensure that our staff also attend training in line with your own safeguarding policies and procedures.

All of our engineers are DBS-checked and wear ID cards and branded uniform at all times.

They will arrange a maintenance appointment as far ahead as possible and will provide the opportunity to have another person or carer present when they are working, if the customer requests it.

All our staff have the welfare of customers at heart, and we will adapt our services accordingly to ensure that the most vulnerable members of society are respected, valued and most importantly, kept safe.

All engineers receive regular training to keep them up to date with the latest technology and health & safety guidelines.

From stairlifts to hoists, this means that the same engineer is able to maintain all mobility equipment you may have in your property each and every time.

We also offer LOLER inspections to ensure your hoists operate smoothly at all times.
