Apprentice Business Administrator

Overall function:

The Apprentice will help in delivering timely business administration processes and customer service to our external and internal customers whilst undertaking the L3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.


Main Duties:

Ø Develop and maintain effective external and internal customer relationships.

Ø Provide effective assistance via email and phone to engineers and customers.

Ø Learn to process queries and interact with stakeholders.

Ø Answering incoming calls.

Ø Responding to customer emails

Ø Data entry and log calls.

Ø Maintain the in house service Management system

Ø Undertake general office duties as directed.


Person specification:

· Professional & courteous telephone manner.

· Good I.T. skills including Word, Excel, & Microsoft packages.

· Meticulous.

· Good communication skills both written & oral.

· English, Maths & IT as required as prerequisite for Apprenticeship enrollment. Grade 4 and above.

· Self motivated.

· Excellent timekeeper.

· Willingness to learn and undertake L3 Business administrator Apprenticeship Standard.
