Pickerings Lifts, which provides mobility solutions across the UK, is delighted to announce the launch of a mobility installation service.
The team, headquartered in Tingley, West Yorkshire, has already made a name for itself nationally with its comprehensive maintenance service for mobility devices of all kinds in the housing, nursing home, education and hospitality sectors.
Now, the department will launch an installation business stream, that will see us move into distribution and installation services.
As of this month, the team will now sell and install a wide range of leading-edge mobility solutions across the UK, including stairlifts, through-floor lifts, bath hoists, mobile hoists, bed hoists, wheelchair platform lifts, and medical beds and baths.
The move will help businesses of all kinds cater for those who are less able-bodied and fulfil their requirements under the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA).
Since launching, our new division has already worked with Bradford City Council and Leeds-based Unity Housing.
